2.3 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household address. Creating multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse and all accounts may be suspended or closed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your kxh8 account secure. The following security guidelines are recommended:

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at kxh8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.
- You must use a payment method registered in your name — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
- Deposit transactions will be reflected in your account once verified.
- If a deposit transaction fails for any reason, please contact the support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed in approval if identity verification has not been completed.
- kxh8 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
The user is responsible for providing accurate details for all deposit and withdrawal transactions. kxh8 is not responsible for transactions resulting from incorrect account numbers or information.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kxh8 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not possible before the wagering requirements are met. You may cancel the bonus and withdraw the original deposit portion.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
kxh8's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; and Platinum — up to 0.8%. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
5.4 General Bonus Policy
- A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
- Bonuses may only be used for legitimate purposes — any misuse or manipulation will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- kxh8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry — once expired, users will lose that bonus.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Betting and gaming on kxh8 is conducted in a fully fair and transparent manner. We use software from established game providers to ensure Fair Play on our platform.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets that are incomplete due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- Official sources are used to determine results in sports betting.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical issue occurs during a game or betting session, kxh8 reserves the right to cancel that round or session. In such cases, the user's staked amount will be returned to their account. The same policy applies to bets placed on the basis of incorrect figures or information displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Betting Limits
kxh8 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the relevant game interface and may change from time to time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxh8 platform and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Creating an account using false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Unauthorized interference with any system or software on the platform.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to access another user's account credentials.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical errors in the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior or collusion with other users.
In the event of participation in prohibited activities, kxh8 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kxh8 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kxh8 or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission from kxh8.
The software and trademarks of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others are owned by their respective parties and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxh8 is not liable for the following:
- Interruption of a game or betting session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Issues caused by third-party software or payment providers.
- Financial loss resulting from the user's own decisions.

Account Closure

- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
